Roehampton University...

...Just got back from doing a gig at Roehampton University. Can't sleep. It was a brilliant gig!

There was a good amount of people watching us. 150-200 or so. They all loved it. We got some of the audience up on stage with us at the end and everything. Great!

I hope we have made a few new fans and hopefully they'll come to our next gig down the road in Putney on March 7th.

Had my grandfather's funeral in Plymouth yesterday. Difficult. He hadn't been well for 2 years or so. I did most of my mourning when he took a turn for the worse back then but it's still hard to say your final farewells. I'll always have very fond memories of him. I used to go to Plymouth every summer. I used to run along the beach with him, play cricket, football. Earlier in his life he was a top class rugby player. Nearly got to play for Wales but didn't because he was serving in The Navy. He captained the City of Plymouth's rugby team, Plymouth Albion, at the start of the 50s. This coming Saturday there will be a minutes silence before their match versus Coventry in his memory. William Glastonbury, 15th Jan 1929 - 16th Feb 2006.

I'm named after him! My full name is Samuel William Glastonbury Holt.

Just Been offered a gig in Canada on June 8th!! Something called North by North West. Bring it on!

A moment of silence at the rugby match is so cool. What a nice tribute.

Have a great weekend!

Hi Sam, couldn't make the Roehampton gig and worse still have something on the night of the Putney gig which is a nuisance as it is only an hour from us. Slowly getting sorted in our new home and will get back into Blogging a bit more. Good luck next week and hope to see you and the guys soon. Still playing the disc in the car. Mark
